Return and Refund Policy

Nowrocky Warsaw operates on a strict print-on-demand (PoD) model. No item in our catalog is held in stock. Every garment, accessory or print is manufactured individually for you, on your order, after your payment is captured. We do not own a warehouse and we do not pre-produce inventory.

Because each item is custom-made for a single customer, the following industry-standard PoD rules apply:

• No returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color or buyer’s remorse. The 14-day EU/PL distance-selling withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalized (Art. 38(3) Polish Consumer Rights Act / Art. 16(c) EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Pick your size carefully — size charts are published on every product page.
• Order cancellation is only possible while the order status is still “pending”. Once the PoD partner accepts the job into production, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
• Defects, misprints, damage in transit or wrong item shipped are 100% on us — contact karol@nowrockywarsaw.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. This is the only scenario in which a refund is issued.
