220 gsm nylon with elastane on the shoulders and upper back — the rest is exposed, and that's how it's meant to be. Long sleeves are narrow to the wrist, with no looseness in the forearm. A layer for warm-up and on the way back, not for the entire workout. FIGHT FOR YOUR PEOPLE.
